Section 183
Repeal and Rescue
(1) The following Acts are repealed:-
(a) Labor Act, 2048,
(b) Industrial Apprentices Training Act, 2039,
(c) Pension Fund Act, 2042
(2) Actions will be taken in accordance with the Act mentioned in sub-section (1) and pending cases will be transferred to the Labor Court.
(3) Actions taken in accordance with the Act mentioned in sub-section (1) shall be deemed to be taken in accordance with this Act.
